Here at the Sprat and Mackerel we aim to provide our guests with an unforgettable taste of Devonian hospitality. We have created a menu which finds its roots in the fantastic local produce found in our immediate area and feature both domestic recipes as well as our own interpretations of more worldly dishes.

“Brilliant dog-friendly pub right on the harbour”

We called by for lunch. Great welcome. "Can we bring the dog in?" we asked. "Of course you can!" said Jessica. The famous Brixham Fish Chowder was excellent, although couldn't quite finish the whole loaf it came in. The cheeseburger was very good, and the rest of the menu looked good too. Great view across the harbour, interesting conversation with the locals. Definitely worth a visit.

Lovely pub serving great food - I can highly recommend the chowder and would say a trip to Brixham is not complete without it!
